Winter Bliss

Winter Bliss is a 2025 dark ambient album by Serbian producer Никола Антић, operating under the moniker Raw Wastelands. The release consists of a single, long-form track that explores themes of frigidity and isolation through immersive, monumental soundscapes and field recordings. Situated within the dark drone and ambient tradition, the work captures the essence of winter through a minimalist yet expansive sonic palette. The album saw release through multiple channels, including the Porto Alegre-based netlabel M I S T and Basement Corner Emissions. This project continues the artist's established focus on cold, atmospheric textures, following previous explorations of frozen environments in his discography.
