Third-party media
All third-party music and video is presented exclusively through official platform embeds (Bandcamp, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, Patreon). LØWERK never downloads, caches, proxies, converts or rehosts third-party audio, video or artwork. Playback always begins from a deliberate user action and never autoplays. Attribution, branding and controls of the original platform are preserved.
LØWERK-owned media
Self-hosted previews are used only for content LØWERK owns or is licensed to distribute. Each media file carries a rights status. Previews do not grant reuse rights. Direct file-directory browsing is prevented.
Editorial rights
LØWERK does not reproduce song lyrics, full press releases, complete biographies, full reviews, paywalled articles, full interview transcripts or large extracts from third-party sites. External items store a link, publication name, author when known, a short factual description and LØWERK's own commentary. Sponsored content and affiliate links are always labelled.
AI use
AI may prepare drafts, summaries and metadata suggestions, but no editorial content is published automatically. AI is never presented as having personally listened to an album or tested an application. Subjective listening claims are only published when written or approved by the administrator.
Privacy
The newsletter collects email addresses with explicit consent. A consent date and source are stored. One-click unsubscribe is available in every message. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
Only essential cookies and local storage required for the site to function are used. No tracking or advertising cookies are set without consent.
Rights & permissions
Permission to display or embed third-party content is governed by the source platform's terms. Where rights are uncertain, the content is not published and a neutral placeholder is shown.
